Is there a minimum number of products I can order?
There is no minimum order. Whether you desire to have only one garment or thousands of garments, we are always at your service.

What if I need a size, color, or product not listed on your website?
Feel free to contact us at <<<<info@regnumprints.com>>>> before you place your order. We're always happy to help you find alternative sizes, colors, or products that we can print on.
What if I need my order by a specific deadline?
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. We can almost always accommodate your deadline. Typically, our shipping time is 6 business days, but we're flexible and will do our best to meet your needs.
how does sizing works?
Sizing can vary depending on the particular brand and style. That's why we include a detailed sizing chart on every product page to take out the guesswork. If you still have any questions, feel free to contact us
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after placement for no additional charge at all. Full or partial orders needing to be canceled after that 24-hour window will incur a 20% restocking fee based on the order value. After your proof has been approved, or auto-approved by missing that 24-hour window, the order will enter production and therefore cannot be canceled.

Trademarks & Logos
If we use artwork you have supplied to imprint your product, you are warranting that you have unrestricted right and authority to use and distribute that artwork. By supplying Regnumprints with your artwork you give us the right to use it for promotional purposes unless you explicitly revoke that right.
What is the turnaround time?
Typically for custom Apparel we need 4 – 10 business days for production from when the goods arrive (so after approval and payment by you!), this does not include any transit times needed to deliver your order.
Do you print in Pantone colors?
We do not offer Pantone color matching. Our printing process uses a standard color palette, and while we strive to match colors as closely as possible, exact Pantone color matches are not available. If you have specific color requirements, please contact us to discuss your options.
What type of files do you accept for custom designs?
We accept high-resolution files in formats like .PNG, .JPEG, .AI, .EPS, or .PDF. If you have other file types, please contact us for assistance.
What is your return policy for customized items?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error. Please refer to our return policy for more details.
Can I change my order after it's been placed?
You can request changes within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to accommodate changes depending on the production stage.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Can I reorder a previous design?

Do you offer samples before placing a large order?
Yes, we can provide samples of your design on one garment before proceeding with large orders. Sample fees may apply.
Can I print on both sides of the garment?
Absolutely! You can choose to print on the front, back, or both sides of the garment. Just let us know your preferences.
What happens if I receive the wrong order?
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can correct the issue as quickly as possible.
What is your policy on refunds?
Refunds are provided only in cases of defective or incorrect products. Custom items cannot be refunded once printed unless a company error occurred
